Energy healing sessions can involve going through seven of the twelve chakras and clearing the trapped or negative energy within. Lilli will pass on messages she receives from your spirit guides, angels, and spirit/totem animals. Parents, grandparents, and other loved ones who've passed on will often come and leave messages for you to discover during your session.
