Being stuck in the Past.

When your thoughts are stuck in the past it is not a good thing. We all have examples of this. We live it every day. In every moment in every thought. At least I have been and so does my mom. Most of my family actually. All our dinner conversations when we celebrate family birthdays and other events always end up on past memories.

Even in everyday conversations about things that are upcoming. Such as chiropractic appointments. Can be led into a story of past experiences. Give examples of how things used to work and not work in an office setting. Depending on the mood of the conversation at the time. It either takes on a negative effect or a positive one.

We all grow as people over time. We go forwards or backwards. Or forwards and then backwards again. And that is honestly ok. It just depends on the season of your life that you happen to be in. I heard that one from Lewis Howes again during one of his podcasts.

I think that the difference between people who write well and those to don’t. All depend on one thing. Whether they care what other people will think or whether they don’t.

Loving you all, Lilli
