The Mailbox

I ordered some bathing suits and a few other clothing accessories from Amazon.ca. I had been waiting for them for well over a month. I didn’t usually order clothing off of the internet. I was getting quite upset about the whole situation. Then one day, I came home from work. I parked my car in its spot, looked down my driveway and saw that my packages had arrived!

They were sticking out of my mailbox because it was only clothing in white plastic packaging that fit in my mailbox. If the lid was lid open. I happily walked up my driveway towards my mailbox. As I got closer to my mailbox, I saw that the lid was closed, and there was nothing in it!

I was both shocked and highly amused at the same time! I just knew that this was the universe showing me something new! My husband always does things for the future. For example, he’ll suddenly start madly cleaning our home on a Sunday. And that night will receive a text from his family that they are dropping by the next day.

I started joking with him and saying, "now I’m doing what you do! ”And guess what? The next day my packages did arrive! They were stuffed in the mailbox precisely as I had seen!
