Incased in our Thoughts

Incased in Thoughts is an ideology that can to me one morning. It always happens when I’m doing everyday tasks. I was grabbing the wheelbarrow to get my firewood.

I had not been having a good month at all. I was behind in my online course and had very dark thoughts about myself as a result. Visions of knives filled my head every morning. Always just resting on my forearms, the thought was a dark one that taunted why don’t you just do it?

As you can well imagine this is no fun way to start any day. It is my belief that these are dark entities that hang around our aura looking for a way in. They feed on our insecurities and doubts. It makes sense to me. While watching an Ozzy Osbourne documentary he recalled being on a drunken bender mixed with prescription drugs, he had been drinking and popping pills all day.

When his wife Sharon Osbourne walked into the room, Ozzy flew at her and tried to choke her to death. When he was questioned about it at the police station he remembered nothing of it. Sharon told the interviewer that he had looked at her with dead black eyes. “It wasn’t even Ozzy”. “Didn’t even look like him.” Ozzy had looked at Sharon and said, “They say you have to go!” Before he lunged for her neck.

This is all the proof I need. Plus what my EHF teacher told me. That when people are in bars earth bound entities to sit beside them and wait until the 3rd or 4th drink. Before they can just jump into the person’s body and take it for a spin.

So back to my firewood! I had grabbed the wheelbarrow and all of a sudden I just had a vision of being incased in my own box. This box was an energy box it was all around my body. It was transparent but it was there!

I realized at that moment that it was my personal box where I resided in. That my thoughts come out of my subconscious mind and into the box. I spend all day in that box with those thoughts. Which then creates my reality. I create my own reality as does everyone else based on how those thoughts run round and round inside their personal enclosure!

Examples of this are the person who always has it all together. The person who is always in crisis. The athlete going the next win. The business owner making their next million. Then it branches out from there with various degrees of both examples. That I used to call life!

That was very powerful for me and I’m very happy to have been shown this. The good news is that we are totally in charge of our own reality we are the ones who can change it, based on what we chose to believe about ourselves!
